1. Eligibility for Returns
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The product is unused, in original packaging, and in Resellable condition.
Note:
We do not accept returns for change of mind, size/color preferences, or used items.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personal care products
- Beauty & health items
- Electronics with physical damage after delivery
- Clearance or sale items
3. Return Process

- Share your order number, issue details, and photos/videos of the product.
- Our support team will review and confirm if your item is eligible for return.
After approval, you will be guided on how and where to send the product back.
4. Refund Process
Refunds are issued only after we receive and inspect the returned product.
- Refund will be processed to your original payment method or via store credit.
- Processing time: 5–10 working days after approval.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
6. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
You can return the product (if eligible) and place a new order.
